What's this- the 3rd trimester already?! A colleague gave us a baby heart beat monitor several weeks ago and last night was the first time we were able to hear her heart beating. What a moment for us! We clocked her at ~150 beats/minute which is normal. We'll try to upload a sound bite for you- but it may be beyond our technical ability!!!

Hello again, baby's first photos! These are the first glimpses of Baby Hardy.

Hello everyone and welcome to our blog site. We are really excited to have a way to share our experiences with you during this amazing time. We thought that even though we are 27 weeks along in the process, we'd start from the beginning. This photo is a tribute to our parents who gave us the initial lecture... we think we got it! Looking forward to many future entries as we get closer to meeting our little daughter. We are also looking forward to hearing from all of you.
